Sunday Mar. 4th Part I

So yesterday didn't go as planned.  I'm not really sure how the day slipped away from me,  it didn't help that I watched about 6 hours of MMA in the evening, but I had truly planned on watching more than three things.  So today I'm going to tweak the plan once again.  Today I'm going to try watching a show then immediately posting about it.  I might then go and watch the next episode of the same show.  Maybe if I remain in the same mindset it will make this easier.

"Love at the Jersey Shore"  Air Date 2-16-12

As soon as they started to make the cake, I knew someone would get into it before the next morning.  All these people do is go out drinking and then come home and eat anything that they can find.

If you had a cake that you were going to give to someone and before you were able to give it to them someone got into it and ate a piece of the cake, would you still give them the cake? or would you make them a new one?  It seems pretty classless to give them a eaten cake.

I was hoping for more out of drunk Ronnie than him just falling down at the club one time.  It should have led to something more dramatic or something funnier than it did.

If you are airing a show with some things subtitled, you would think that you would be able to coordinate it so the previews for upcoming show don't cover the subtitles.  I would even be okay with it if the show was a second run.  Lots of times FX shows will have loud screen filling overlays when they re-air show in the middle of the night and I'm okay with this because it is the price you pay for catching the repeat, but they never do it when the show first airs.  I had to go back and check but no this episode of Jersey Shore was recorded at its original prime time airing, so there is no excuse for having the subtitles covered by adds for other shows.  All it makes me want to do is not watch the other show they are promoting.

Poor Deena, everyone messes with her.  While she is trying to clean up all the crap Pauly put on her bed, Jenni and Nicole are out there giving her date a hard time.  Pauly would have been better off if he had put a stack of dirty plates next to her bed instead of just scattering dishes all over her bed.  She probably wouldn't have noticed the stack of plates until it was too late and you wouldn't be able to say it was someone pulling a prank on you if it looked like you were just a slop who never put away your dirty dishes.

Nicole stayed home and didn't go out to the club, how is it possible that she is that drunk?

As the show goes on Jenni seems to be becoming more and more plastic.  It's kind of sad really, she hardly looks like the girl in the credits at the beginning of the show.

The producers might be missing out   by not having a a show about being security at a club at the Jersey Shore.
