They are all acting like its uncool of Dan for telling everyone about this auction. That's his job, its only in his best interest to get as many people to the auction as he can because the more people that are there the more likely a unit will sell for more money. Dan has to be getting a percentage of the sale price so why would he want to keep an auction his little secret?
Barry is right, Jarrod does dress like a cholo. I laughed when he said that and now I can't unsee his choloesqueness.
It seems they always take commercial breaks right before someone finds something good in a unit (which makes perfect sense). But usually it seems the person they are filming is Barry. I wonder if Barry just tends to speak in ways that lend themselves to this process or if they are coaching him to get these set ups?
They are all acting like the rain is poison. They're in southern California the worst it could be is like 60 and drizzling. They all need to man up.
Jarrod won all those office furniture boxes, but all the ones they ever showed clearly had box 2 of 2 written on the side of them. Did he actually make any money on them or was he stuck with half the parts to assemble all those desks?
"Hecking It Up" 1-18-12
I really liked Mikes line about how he's pretty sure God isn't a Colts fan, and he's starting to think God isn't much of a fan of Mike either. It does a good job of summing up the downtrodden attitude of the workaday laborer.
Is this a TV show or a car commercial. The way they keep calling the car by name makes me wonder how much Volkswagen paid for this episode.
When Sue is practicing driving in the car she turns the left turn signal on, they then cut to an outside shot of the car and the right turn signal goes on.
I hope Sue's new boyfriend doesn't spell the end for her gay boyfriend as a supporting character. He's one of my characters on this show.
I'm all for the realism it creates on a show when they use real products instead of imaginary brands of thing. I don't even have a problem with product placement where the show gets paid from a sponsor to use a product (as long as its funny or done well), but this has been over the top and ridiculous the only thing that comes to mind that has been more blatant is the Subway placement on Chuck.
